The Best of Buttercreams Demo

Saturday, July 25 at 10:30am – 1:30pm

Charity will demonstrate the differences between French, American, Swiss, and Italian buttercreams. Cream cheese, white and dark chocolate buttercreams will also be covered. Charity will show how to split, fill, and shave a cake and frost it as smooth as fondant. Hints on piping and coloring various frostings will be emphasized. Adding texture to filling will also be included. No supplies needed.
